If your business has a strategy for growth, and are interested in sourcing additional talent to help make these ambitions a reality, CSCS – IDAS Global offers a valuable channel to do so through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP).
The Knowledge Transfer Partnership scheme is a UK-wide programme supporting businesses to improve competitiveness and productivity, and is suitable for most industries and sectors. Up to 67% of project costs can be met by the UK Government, making it very cost-effective. More than 3,000 projects, lasting between six months to three years, have been successfully completed nationally since its launch.
Thanks to our longstanding partnership with the University of the West of England (UWE), we can help interested clients to get involved in this scheme, with the following benefits:
- UWE provides expertise, practical backing and help to access funding through its dedicated KTP office.
- A talented graduate, based full-time in your business, drives and delivers the project, with full University backing and support with supervision and management.
- You and the graduate have weekly access to a professor or researcher with knowledge, skills and experience that are relevant to your business.
- You will reap tangible and intangible rewards – including increased profitability, strategic growth and embedded knowledge.
